I'm Hao. Ten years designing, most of it in HCMC, some of it remote.
I grew up in the highlands, which is probably why I care more about how something feels than how clever it looks. Good work, like a good morning, is about flow and clarity.
How I work
I ask a lot of questions before I draw anything. Most design problems are actually communication problems wearing a costume, and the brief is rarely the real brief.
You will get a straight answer from me about whether I am the right person for a project. If I am not, I will say so and point you somewhere better. That has cost me work and I still think it is the right trade.
Outside of it
A quiet morning run. Coffee brewed by hand. Time in nature when I can get it. These keep me grounded, and honestly they feed the work more than any design feed does.
